The general agreement on the use of freight wagons is available on the GCU Bureau website.
The translation of AVV agreement into Polish language was published on IGTL website.
At the same time please be informed that the English, German and French versions of the agreement, published on the GCU Bureau website, are binding.
DB Cargo Polska shall not be liable for any variances in the translation of the above agreement into Polish and for failure to comply with the binding version of the agreement.
